When I thought that the flavor couldn’t get any better, each menu item that I tried recently blew my mind! This is gourmet, authentic Cuban cuisine!
Chef Ivan’s travels through the world exposed him to creative ingredients from various cultures. As a result of his passion for discovering new flavors, he fusions these items with the best Cuban dishes to create an excellent culinary experience. Guests may indulge in “yuka croquets” on a bed of lobster meat, arroz con pollo, roasted pork, oxtail in wine sauce, grilled fish, duck and so much more! Every creation melts in your mouth!
To compliment this excellent food, the Havana restaurant has an eclectic vibe. As decoration, visitors may find a vintage barber chair, a Singer sawing machine, or an antique headboard as a seat backing (this is my table!) The walls are adorned with portraits of various black and white photography. The creative atmosphere help guests relax and enjoy the place. In addition, a live musical group pleasure guests with their songs’ requests.
Finally, without an excellent team of chefs, waiting staff and bar tenders, El Carbon couldn’t claim the excellent reviews that they enjoy.
